This question has an important function in our school. Facility management is about the question ‘What does the customer want?’; a person-targeted vision that starts at school. The relationship between what is right for people and what is right for the organisation takes central stage in facility management. You determine the success of this relationship, in a multicultural society or an increasingly international context. Housing (buildings, installations, infrastructure) and technology play an increasingly important role in the area of facility management, which is why we highlight managerial aspects and real estate management in our courses. We think that this optimally enhances the Facility Manager’s strategic contribution to an organisation and enables you to make a difference.
